I just placed the order for our back yard! 2500 sq ft of new sod, delivered on Friday. It will make our yard look totally different and totally like a yard instead of a dirt patch.
Now I have a deadline and I've got to get my looming chore list done. Finish leveling the yard... dig up weedy sparse areas of wild grass... and get a rototiller in here to loosen the soil up for the sod roots to, well, root. (don't forget to clean the house for people to be over on Saturday)
Any willing backs that can come over and help on Saturday around noon would be much appreciated. We'll provide BBQ food and beverages. It's supposed to be a great day. I hope to see a lot of people come, many hands make light work.
It'll be nice to see this 3 yr project come to an end.

I totally would help but Sat. is Siena's birthday...so we'll be busy with family stuff. Congrats on the sod, though! I know how big of an accomplishment it can be to finally have that fence up and yard in.
Adam will be there for sure. Christopher and I might come too we'll see how the day is going when it gets here. Christopher has been running a little cranky and his nap schedule is all over the place... hehe.
Good luck with that Erin. I wish I could come help, but I am in MD. Is that a good excuse?? Hehehe :)
