So Kenny was going to get me a TV that was on clearance at Fred Meyer for 799.00 . He mulled it over too long and by the time he convinced himself to buy it, it was gone. I guess his co-workers stated that their wives would kill them if they got a TV for their birthday. So, to determine if a new TV was grounds for divorce he told me about the TV he was going to get me and how it was gone by the time he went to get it. I was dissappointed to say the least. It's one thing to think of a great gift, its another to tell the person that you thought of it then tell them you're not getting it for them. Actually, it's kind of cruel.

So Big TV's have been on my mind. After deciding that I really, really wanted to get one I shopped online for a bit looking for a "bigger than 40" lower than $1,000.00" LCD TV. I hit the jackpot on newegg.com.

It's not perfect, but hey for $799 it's a pretty sweet TV with decent reviews. One reviewer said, "Gameplay on the Wii is awesome" so I have at least that to look forward too.
Now I've got to think of mounting or a new TV stand, will I build it or buy... ah, decisions - decisions - decisions.
