June Is for Barbecues

The barbecue went really well, I had over 30 guests and everyone had lots to eat and talk about. We had 4 graduates at the party so there was much to celebrate about.

I got lots of compliments on the yard. My cousin who gave me the pile of dirt last fall couldn't believe I moved it down the slope with my shovel and wheel barrow. His wife liked how straight my walls turned out. I'm very happy with the cement pads, they worked great. There was plenty of room for guests to sit and talk and still have room for cooking and setting up tables to hold the food.

Kenny got Mario Party 8 from the Tenney family for his graduation gift. Him and the kids are in the other room right now playing. We'll have to have them over to play some Wii with us in the near future.

I'll post pictures of the cement tonight or tomorrow. I'm taking it easy for a few days to rest from the hectic hub bub of the last week. I'm exhausted
