Isn't it great, a new chainsaw. It'll come in handy when we're sawing railroad ties into shorter lengths for the terracing we're doing to the slope in our backyard. I went with Karcaw and his wife to Sears to look them over and purchase this one. Karcaw felt so manly asking for chainsawS. Not only one chainsaw but yes multiple chainsaws. Arrr!!! Then we got home, opened the box and figured out quickly that the oil is not included :P. How unmanifying! A quick trip to WalMart for some oil solved that problem. But alas a great deal of day time was wasted. Anyway, here she is my awesome new chainsaw. I thought about putting on a swimsuit and oiling up for this pic but that may have been too much.
My hubby finished changing the oil in our vehicles this morning, again making a mess of the garage floor. One day we'll get the oil pan in the right position under the car.
Which reminds me...
I need to buy a miter saw! I need a shop counter or work bench or something in the garage... and a miter saw is just the power tool I need to build one. Sounds like a good enough excuse to me. Not good enough you say, well we will need one this summer to build the fence right. :) They looked so nice there at sears today I should've bought one. But I restrained myself... A chainsaw is enough power, for now.
